While breastfeeding and pumping about how much water should I be drinking? Should I drink the normal eight glasses plus one ounce for every ounce I pump? I know that if I don't drink enough I'll lose my milk supply but I've also heard that if I drink too much it can have the same effect. Any suggestions?

My son is almost 9 months old and I still breastfeeding. I drink anywhere from 9 (on a low day) up to about 14+ & have never had a problem with my supply.0

Just drink to your thirst and you will be fine.
You won't lose your milk supply if you drink too much or not enough, it is a breastfeeding myth. Your milk is actually made in the main part from your blood and in a much smaller component water but YOU have plenty of water within you.
Here is a great resource for breastfeeding issues backed with relevant research.
