Sugar?
I'm finding it impossible to stay under the reccommended sugar allowance. If I eat one piece of fruit I've use almost half! What do you folks think? Should I try to stay under my sugar allowance or do you think it's okay to go over by a little if most of my sugar is coming from fruits? Any help/advice you can give is…

Exercise Question
I walk to work, but round trip it's only about 15 minutes. Should I log that as exercise? I normally exercise 4-5 times a week beyond the walking to work, but I just didn't know if I should count that since it's not really a lot of activity. thanks for your help! :flowerforyou:
