Anyone have a good recipe for Homemade Frozen Yogurt or Ice cream thats low in calories?
How come P90x is not in the system under "exercises" either cardio or strength?
Do I need to be lifting heavily while doing IF (Leangains)? All I am doing the 100 push-up challenge every other day...but that's it as far as exercise...
Mainly for getting cut/ripped (not super huge)...
