Anyone have a good recipe for Homemade Frozen Yogurt or Ice cream thats low in calories?

    I've made a banana soft serve before that is pretty good. It does taste a bit like bananas, but the consistency really does make me think I'm eating ice cream! Here's the recipe:

    Ingredients:
    1 frozen banana peeled and chopped
    1 tbsp raw cocoa powder
    1 tbsp nut butter

    Directions:
    Combine frozen banana, cocoa powder, and nut butter in a food processor and process until smooth.
