Just gained 10 pounds
Hello- i am in nyc and not getting that much exercise under lockdown. I think I have gained 10 pounds in the past few months from stress eating and drinking. I need to gain control but it's so hard while we are in this quarantine. Any advice?

im in week 5 of c25k and feel great. I'm eating back excersize calories but keeping the low. Although my clothes feel better I have not lost any weight. Do I need to cross train and add in weights? Is running. It enough? I'm doing a 5k in August.
