So, I just signed myself up for a 75 mile bike race. (I am not delusional in thinking I could actually place!) I do need some tips though on how to start training. My muscles are fighting back!!
So, I'm new here. I started 2 weeks ago. I'm down 12lbs, but some of my muscles are fighting me. 2 weeks ago, I decided to start out big. Got on a treadmill in a gym (had to make a good first impression), so I ran 1.5 miles. I was proud of myself, never having been a runner, and now I'm still suffering shin splints…

How?? What are a few of the best tips to curb the cravings? So far I'm just staying as far away while staying in my home, as I can!! There's got to be a better solution!!:tongue:
