Just signed up for a race.... am I ready??

So, I just signed myself up for a 75 mile bike race. (I am not delusional in thinking I could actually place!) I do need some tips though on how to start training. It's been so cold outside, barely starting to warm up. I have been doing spin 2 times per week, but I need to kick it up. Any ideas of where to find a training program, itinerary, something to say what I should be doing in what week to prepare for the insane idea my brain came up with?!? I have until August for training, but feel the need to start now!!
