does anyone kno how many calories in the average pork chop with all fat cut off? i kno its on the database but its all in grams n iv lent my scales out n dont kno the weight lol thanks in advance xx

i kno this is bad but.....
i really want fish n chips from take away im so hungry today but wenever i search the calorie database it says per 100g etc i just wanna kno the average calories of a portion of fish n chips can anyone help me plz???
