I think my scale is always wrong.
I have a digital scale, and it is almost never consistent. I step on it once, and it will say 135.2, I step on it immediately after, it'll say 136.6, I step on it again, it'll say 137.0, then the next one will be back down to 135.4. So I'm starting a Couch to 5k program. I'm not a total couch potato, but have never been a runner either. I can run a mile without stopping (slowly... like 11:20), so I figured I'd skip week 1.
