Any Gin Miller fans around?
I like Gin's straight forward approach, though I'm not really at a fitness level to manage her workouts without modifications. (and she's a major fan of lunges, which I loathe.) In fact, I just got the Salsa Walk / Straight Up Stick dvd, so I'm looking forward to trying that one. Any other Gin fans around?

This morning I had a bigger breakfast than usual, so I came and entered my data for the meal into my food diary, just to see how many calories I had left for the day. Fiber 'goal' numbers, I'm confused ...
I'm tracking fiber in my food diary, because I want to be sure to get enough, but the 'goal' number listed for me is just 16g. I'd thought that it was considered healthy to have something more like 30g of fiber per day. Does anyone have some insight on why my listed goal number for fiber is so small??
