I'm supposed to lose 1.5 pounds per week. However, MFP has me at sedentary. I now work out at least 5 times a week, 20 minutes a day. I know that losing more than 2 pounds is risky. But is losing this much in the first week normal?
I've started running (jogging really) since like forever. Today I jogged for 50 minutes, 25 in the morning, 25 at night. I could feel the muscles in my lower leg start feel overused. So the question, how much is too much when first starting out?
