fruits are not an issue. Unless your are peeling your grapes, don't worry about it. The nutrients you get from them is a good thing.

Fruits are nutrient dense foods. Even if you go over with fruits, it is okay. The vitamins/minerals that they bring to the body is better than eating a chocolate bar, which is an energy dense food.

You could try portion sizing. What other users have said about the 100 calorie packs are correct. I also love the mousse temptations. Only 60 calories. So yummy!

You should track weight by the week. Also, your diet, is it something you can live with? I changed to 2% milk instead of whole. Small changes equal big results over time.
