Okay, right now I'm on day 7 of the 30 day shred. When I finish my boyfriend and I are going to jump right into p90x. I have not lost ANY weight in 6 weeks with cardio and 1200 calorie diet. I have re-read my "goals" multiple times to see why the math is just not making sense to me. If when checking my fitness pal it says my BMR is 1300. And my Net calorie goal is 1100 how does that make my daily deficit in calories 700? Someone please explain to me!!!
