NSV!! 2 week measurements...shocked
Today is the two week mark from when we started our new lifestyle. The inches have been coming off like crazy :) Chest: lost 4.5 inches waist: lost 5 inches luvhandles: lost 3 inches Hips: lost 4 inches Thigh: lost 2.5 inches This just confirms my thinking when I noticed my clothes getting loser. Praise God!!!!

Tomorrow's the day
Well, after two weeks of starting our new life style, my wife and I are going to take our measurments. I am a little nervous, but I have noticed that clothes are fitting better and I am feeling good. Wish us luck...hopefully tomorrow will be my first NSV!!!!
