Not new to fitness pal, new to posting

I just wanted to say hello everyone! This is my first post after being on the sight for a couple of months now. I started a new lifestyle of eating and feel great. I am diabetic, so I had to eliminate a great deal of carbohydrates out of my diet. I have lost 10 lbs now, and I feel stable for the first time in a long time now. My goal is to lose 105 lbs, and I am now 10 lbs closer to that goal. My wife is also a member of this community, and she has been a great encouragement. Thanks snikrepa2003 :)
