Your back?? I am wondering if I am doing it right. I was on there an hour yesterday and I am trying to do the legs, back, arm. Today I did it for 20 min and my back hurts. Am I doing something wrong? My back hurts.

Yeah!!! I Can't Belive This!!
I joined a gym about a month ago. I have been gong now 3 times a week. Last week I went 4. Well today my friend got weighed so I thought why not. I lost 4lbs! I also did almost 9 miles in cardio today!! With rowing and biking! Just wanted to share!

Rowing machines.....a good form of burning calories???
I was recently introduced to the rowing machine. I really like it, as it doesn't put to much pressure on my joints and you can really get a nice breeze going...LOL. I absolutely hate the eliptical ( I only do it for 5 min level 1 and can do no more.) and was wondering if I could get just as good of a workout on the rowing…

I haven't had caffeine for 4 weeks!
I can't believe this but I have weened myself from diet coke and ice tea now for 4 weeks. I used to drink at least 2-3 cans of diet soda a day and about a half a gallon of tea ( sweetened with 1 cup of sugar/ gallon) I only drink water and crystal light. Elliptical vs. the Treadmill?
I have just joined a gym and go 3 days a week. The elliptical is kicking my butt. Don't laugh but I am on level 1 and can only do it for 5 minutes.....then I feel as if I am going to die. I am new and I have a question about the food tracker
On the food tracker do I have to enter everything that was for instant on my pizza seperately or can i just say pizza with cheese? Why also does it not calculate accurate all the time. Like for instance my steel cut oatmeal has 5 grams of protein is says 0? Just trying to get the most accurate. Thanks!
