Yes, this helps. No there is no heart monitor. I did this machine only once and I thought it was a breeze.....maybe I am not doing something right???

How long do you stay on and what is a good pace? The machine I was on was set on 3 and the monitor read about 499. I was on it for 20 min and burned 140 calories.

You don't have to thaw your chicken first. It will cook just fine. I do it all the time.

I know it isn't supposed to feel that great when doing it, but I mean I have to stop the thing and have to rest. Can't feel my legs. Going 120 on the thing is soooo tiring. I could handle the treadmill so much more.

Even if you aren't hungry??....I have heard this. What snacks would you suggest? Yogurt???? How about those high protein bars..or are those bad for you? Atkins Advantage Carmel Double chocolate crunch Bar? 10 g protein, 1 gram sugar, 160 calories and only 3 g net carbs?

I have a 5 year old right now with me and she isn't in school yet. Only preschool. My workout they have it preset at 70 min and 68 min workouts depending on which I am working. Caffine does something to your system . It makes you crave carbohydrates. I cut diet soda out a couple of weeks ago and have been doing great. I drink only water and crystal light.
