Eating at night is the hardest part of my day.....
Does anyone have any good suggestions for how to overcome this issue. I really stuggle at night - I have been on track all day long, even logged in this morning my meal plan so I could stay on track. I ate perfectly today...until today turned into tonight....:sad: Any help or suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks! :wink:
