Calories in?
I've been told so many different things about how many calories I should consume a day. If I'm 143, 5'3" how many calories should I be consuming a day to lose weight? I run/lift 5 days a week, 50 minutes per session.

Does anyone know of a website that I could plug in a homemade recipie and the website would do an indiviual serving size nutritianal breakdown?

Day one
Today is day one for me. This journal is so cool. I love that it knows the calorie count and food type automatically. Does anyone have a success story to share with me? Been battling weight my whole life.
