Cant figure out how to log
I did some weight machines at the gym tonight, I cant figure out how to log them into MFP. They don't show up in the database, how can I add them?

Eat even if I'm not hungry?
Trying to get on a time schedule of eating, timing my meals so to speak. So my question is, should I eat at my "time" even if I am not hungry?

coffee makes me swell
I understand I may retaining water, as I take a water pill because of this anyways, but when I drink coffee, my hands swell almost immediately, and my legs swell like crazy if I have been drinking coffee. Anyone else have this problem?
