Success to me at least

I got a Polar FT7 in January, and I was always excited to see 400- 500 calories burned on it, THEN I joined a new gym where I have friends who support me and encourage me, and its started going up to 600, and so on. THEN last week I started taking a couple different classes at the gym, bootcamp cardio, and kettlebell and a structured weightlifting program and I broke the 800 calorie range and then tonight, I ALMOST got to 1000. I stopped at 929.

NEVER EVER EVER in my life did I think I would burn that many calories in one workout session. Had I finished my lifting sheet tonight I know I would have easily broken the 1000.

That's my new goal!

    Very nice, I love having all those extra calories to use if I need them for something.

    Stairclimber for 30 minutes, Treadmill for 15 and then lifted weights for 30 minutes. When I got home I did the 30 minute Jillian
    Michaels 6 pack abs.
