Eat even if I'm not hungry?

Trying to get on a time schedule of eating, timing my meals so to speak. So my question is, should I eat at my "time" even if I am not hungry?

Doesn't matter when you eat, but ideally, you just want to get all your allotted calories. So if your goal is to get 1800 calories and you can't eat multiple meals, then eat higher calorie foods to meet your daily goal. Meal frequency won't help you in terms of weight loss. But with 60 lbs to go, then 1-1.5 lbs per week should be your per week weight loss goal.

Yes, the hunger feeling is just when your body is expecting food.. you can suppress that feeling if you don't eat as often or eat little.. that doesn't mean your body doesn't need nutrition and energy.

I eat something small every couple hours even if i'm not hungry. A piece of fruit, a handful of nuts, a rice cake. Bodies need fuel.
