Cheat Days
Is it good to have one day a week where you "cheat". You still log your daily intake- but you may go over it a little... (or a lot!!). Does that work for anyone? Please let me know :ohwell:

What happens if we miss a day?
Just wondering- but what if we miss a day? Obviously do it the next day- but is missing one or two workouts a huge deal? I work super long Fridays- and I am unsure if I will have time to workout. Double workout on Saturday? Please let me know- thanks!!!

800 Cals/ Day- I am under 5' Tall.
Hi All, So I know the general formula for daily caloric intake is 1200 minimum. However, what if you are only 4'10? Can I make my daily calories less (say 800-1000) - and then up them once I hit a plateau? I want to lose weight the healthy way (NOT by starvation). Does anyone have any thoughts on this?
