I can go play soccer for 2-3 hours every sunday...such a fantastic way to burn calories... But when I do my ellipictal for only 20 min.....my feet go numb, or if I go for a 3 mile jog, around mile 2 my feet go numb. Hey Everyone, I have used this book in the past and it worked very well for me, i have since slipped from my routine, but now I will get back into the workouts and diets. Anyone else here also follow the NROL workouts? male or female versions? If so maybe we can discuss workouts and motivate each other.

does it not show calories burned with weight training?
just inputed my strength training exercise, but it does not show for "calories burned" am I doing something wrong when adding the info? Thanks
