When did you notice?
I'm down about 5lbs, or so I think, (I think I need a new scale) and really the only difference I've noticed is that I moved up a belt hole in my work pants. So I was wondering, How much weight had you lost before you could look in the mirror and actually notice that your body had changed?

Smoothies vs. Protein Shakes
Ok, so I am looking for a quick on the go morning meal, I've been reading alot on here about protein shakes as a meal replacement how does that work? My question is this; should I do a smoothie or a protein shake in the morning, what are the pros and cons of both.

Smoothie?
Ok, so I was thinking about doing smoothies for breakfast as kind of a quick go-to breakfast in the morning, I don't know the first thing about making a smoothie, but I do have a blender. Is it just frozen fruit, plain yougurt, and orange juice? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. :happy:

Good Foods that Fill You Up
I need some ideas for foods that fill you up, especially for breakfast, I normally only have about 15-20 mins in the morning to fix something to eat and then I'm out the door, but by the time it's time for my lunch break I'm STARVING!! And I usually make a bad choice for lunch. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

A Good Scale?
I was just wondering if anyone knew of a good and ACCURATE scale that won't break the bank. Eating all of your Calories?
I've been reading some members saying that they have to make sure that they eat all of their calories, well my daily calorie goal is 1200/day, but on an avg workout day, I earn about 800 extra calories, and by the end of the day I'll have about 450 calories left, so I am defeating the purpose? Am I suppose to aim to end…
