I would say that it definitely changed my eating and work out habits, because after a while you kinda know what you are going to burn depending on what exercise you are gonna do, so if you work out in the evening you can kinda compensate during the day to make sure you eat enough knowing about what you are going to burn…

I was supposed to start my 30 DS today, but now I might not get to, because a big storm came through and knocked my power out, so I'm kinda bummed, I'm at work now (of course the power is still on here), hopefully I'll have power by the time I get off *fingers crossed*

I once ate an ENTIRE medium pizza from Domino's in one sitting, I felt so bad afterwards I didn't even tell anyone I just threw the box away.

Thanks for the responses, that answers that question, now my next question is this; I work out at night around 7-8pm after work, now that's when I burn those excess calories (500-550), I know that I shouldn't eat a big meal to get those calories back that late because I'm going to bed soon after my workout so should I just…
