I've been Primal for about a year or so and found great success. I'm combining with with the Anabolic Diet right now, and usually break primal during my 6 hour carb up once a week. I eat meat, eggs, omelets, salads (with meat) more meat, cheese, spinach, more meat etc.0

I eat Paleo/Primal. I allow myself blue agave sweetener and a little organic butter here and there. I will have some wine on occasion but try to limit it to very special occasions or once a month. Otherwise, I am pretty strict. I am having great success with weight loss and just overall health/well being.0

It is a lean meats, healthy fats, low carb eating. Like our ancestors used to eat. No grains. Check out marks daily apple website and if really interest buy his book it is a great eye opener. I read it many times and it just seems right to me, but remember this is a lifestyle not a diet. I have lost all my weight by using a low carb lifestyle.0
