Has anyone tried the 30 day shred from Jillian Michaels? If so, what were your results? TIA

There are a lot of peeps on here who do it..it's where i got the idea to do it. I just finished day 6 on level one tonight...just like she says in the video--at this point it will start to get a little easier..push thru the pain...it's worth it! I really see a diff in my legs and arms! Best $10 you will ever spend if you stick with it! GO FOR IT :0)
  • I just started it today and I love it. Everyone who has used it loves it and has amazing results.

I just finished day two and I'm definitely feeling it! I also learned about it on this site. It's a great, quick, all over workout. I would definitely say give it a shot!

Ive been using it for a couple weeks now. I haven't lost any weight, but I did lose 2 inches off my waist in less than two weeks.. I can see a lot more muscle in my arms too....it's a great workout!!!!

I enjoy have a 20 minute workout that I can do when I walk in the door. I do NOT do it everyday, as it was designed to be used though; I use it when I need too. Have done levels 1 and levels 2; have not even viewed level 3 yet. The first time I did it I really felt it for days and I do think it is a good workout if you put your all into it. And the next thing you will wonder about is how to log it in your exercise - I found that using circuit training was most accurate for me.

Just started today. Thought I was in somewhat decent shape. Used 3lb weights, did not want to die during or after. Fast forward to now...I am feeling sore already! I am going to spend a little time on the foam roller to see if I can work out some of the soreness and be ready for Level 1 Day 2!

I did level 2, day 1 tonight... planks are brutal!!! Why does every other exercise have to deal with that? :O/ Ouch! Level 2 is going to probably take longer than 10 days!
I measured tonight for the first time, just hips and waist and I have lost inches! Only 1lb lost but I'm happy with inches too!!

Level 1 Day 2. I cannot believe how sore I am after using only 3lb weights! I think having to walk the dog and rolling out my big muscles last night and this morning really helped. I was able to complete day 2 without pain, only discomfort. How is everyone else doing?

use weights or soup cans.. the more muscles you use, the more parts of you get toned! she explains that in the video....

I did level 1 and level 2 once each yesterday. Level 2 is pretty hard! I also go to the gym. I did spin today so I think I'll have to skip Jillian tonight. Do you guys think that's ok? Do you think I have to do it 30 days in a row or can I not as long as I do something else that day?
