Kombucha !...anyone else love this stuff?
I've been really into the Senergy organic and raw and swear it helps with digestion and well being . Love the stuff and have added a few bottles a week to my fitness/nutrition plan.......Just my two cents.

Good Sugrs vs. Bad sugars..
So I can't seem to hit my goal using the tracker . It reccommends 37 grams on average using my 1830 daily caloretic intake ....I Always seem to go over , even with fruits.....suggestions? Is sugars from fruit ( I would be inclined to think ) better than say sugar from something like a protien bar ?....

Started using this application a few weeks ago as a companion tool to my P90x routine. P90x does not really give you a way to track calories so this was a logical step to take in conjunction. Not only can I track at home but the phone app was the real star of the show. At a bbq ? Maybe dinner or lunch? It's a whiz to use…
