Started using this application a few weeks ago as a companion tool to my P90x routine. P90x does not really give you a way to track calories so this was a logical step to take in conjunction. Not only can I track at home but the phone app was the real star of the show. At a bbq ? Maybe dinner or lunch? It's a whiz to use mobile and the food categories are pretty extensive and easy to add even if you can't find them listed in the over 750,000 items !....anyhow, I've never tracked calories or my diet for that matter before and this was a good eye opener to just how much "garbage " food I was eating ....I'm hooked...oh, and I lost 3lbs so far in 3 weeks, not bad.
