Help with dinner
So... what should I cook for dinner tonight? I pulled out about a pound of beef that we had cubed up for use in a fondue and never got used. What are some awesomely amazing and tasty (and healthy) ways I could cook this all up? And... go! ;-)

post evening workout snack?
Hi there, Sorry if this has been covered before.. I do my workouts in the evening (Tabata - high impact interval training) and wanetd to know if I should eat anything afterwards (like a piece of fruit, peanut butter etc), or if I should just drink some water and be done with it? Thanks for the help!

Ack! New problem!
My wedding band flew off my finger this afternoon when I took my glove off... Found it (thank heaven) but yeah... I need to get it re-sized now. I guess it's a nice problem to have? :-)

I think I see a difference... do you?
This is a last year/this year picture of my face - I've lost 20+ pounds since, and I *think* I see a difference (a bit thinner now), but since I see myself every day, it can be hard to tell.. what do you think?

I don't get it...
I put on my size 33" waist slacks and feel pretty fit and trim.. I measure my hips and waist with sewing tape (cloth) measure, and both are > 6" larger then the size of my slacks. What gives? Is "Old Navy" lying to me, or does hip/waist size measured not necessarily = pant size? Thanks! I'm not necessarily bothered by it,…

Snacks are killing me (no, not literally) - at coffee time, I typically have a scone with jam or a muffin from my works cafeteria. Usually have a coffee or some other baked goods after lunch, and so on. Help! How do I curb my sweet and baked goods/refined sugars/so bad yet so good craving?!?:grumble:
