Need motivation

I went away to Hawaii on a family vacation back in April - I was doing great on my weight-loss path... I was around 185 and feeling great! After the trip, I was up to about 194 or so, and I figured... that's doable.. I can get back in no time.
Well, not so much.. I've been lazy and not watching so much what I eat. I haven't gained, but I also haven't lost. Big ol' plateau for the last 2 and a half months.
i've started biking to work once aweek (8 miles one way) and have joined a running club with a goal race of a 10k run in October... so I'm getting my cardio up in a big way. Hopefully it'll be enough.. So please, send your best wishes for me... I need to get past this plateau.
