Not sure if I'm doing this right or not. I actually started this about five months ago but then lagged in posting. I got on the other day and logged in my weight and had lost 9 pounds. I really felt good about that. Now I'm back at it and its even easier to record with the bar code scanning. Working towards a healthier me.
