How to code Insanity
Hey all, I just started insanity with my bf yesterday... how would I go about coding that in as exercise? I don't have a HRM, so I can't do it that way. Is circuit training for however many minutes the best way to do it? Thanks!

So I think these teams (beach body, etc) that are created to lose weight are awesome. How do you join them or find out when they are starting?
