Hi all well i fell down a flight of stairs and now i cant move my knee my doctor says that i need to rest it for two months... :( i can not take that much time off any ideas as to how i can keep working out.
i was soooo happy this morning my weight was 289!!!!! I started this at 347 and never thought I would be in the 280s
