Does Splenda contain MSG?
I have been looking online for this answer and I can't seem to find a straight forward response. Do any of you know if Splenda actually contains MSG? It states that in some cases Maltodextrin contains MSG but what are "some"???? Help!

is it a good idea to incorporate high protein snacks such as Adkin bars/shakes instead of Fiber 1 bars whentrying to cut calories, fat, carbs, etc? I noticed they are about the same calorie wise but have more potein and like 20 less carbs. Please help!
