Any suggestions for Exercise DVD's in an apartment?
Hey there! I live on the third floor of an apartment building, and I would like to start doing some exercise DVD's at home, instead of watching mindless television at night. X-Box with Kinect
OK, so I just got my X-Box, and am getting a Kinect in about a week. Does anyone have any game recommendations for good exercise? The whole reason I even bothered to get one of these gaming consoles was so that on lazy days, I could still get a decent burn in. Muchos Gracias in advance! -Bethanie

Dieting without chicken
Does anyone have any good suggestions for substitue protein for chicken? After an almost death caused by salmonella poisoning, I am unable to eat any poultry.
