Any suggestions for Exercise DVD's in an apartment?

Hey there!

I live on the third floor of an apartment building, and I would like to start doing some exercise DVD's at home, instead of watching mindless television at night. Does anyone have a good recomendation for one that doesn't require a lot of jumping? I'd hate to have my neighbors think a herd of rhinos was coming through the ceiling to crush them!!!

    Random: I was working out the other day doing jumping jacks. The room I was using was right over my dad's office and I kept thinking, "I bet he's thinking the house is about to come down around him..." It was kind of really embarrassing!

    That said, I like the Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga. It has three different levels and even though it's yoga it's a very intense workout. Since it's yoga there's no jumping or any of that that could be a problem if you have downstairs neighbors.
