Calorie cycling?
Has it worked for any of you? What did you find most effective? Is there a setting on MFP to change your goal for each day? I'm looking to maintain my current weight, so my daily goal as set my MFP is 1710 calories a day. Here is a cycle I was thinking of trying: Monday- 1,300 Tuesday- 1,400 Wednesday- 1,370 Thursday-…
