A popular weight loss instagram blogger posted a pic the other day of her meal on a scale; a couple items totalling 4 oz. She says she doesn't count calories, but eats only 4 oz of food at each meal! Never heard of this... isn't it flawed, as you could eat 4 oz of very high-cal items? Thoughts?

Does MFP reset caloric limits as weight is lost? Because obviously you will need less and less calories to lose weight the more that you lose, but I don't see my daily limit changing at all. Thanks
