Try sparkling water nice and cold, especially flavoured ones. I also use Crystal Light powder in water, or I drink diet pop :)

I believe there was gastric sleeve surgery involved, so perhaps that has something to do with it..

None!

1200 calories is the bare minimum! I would say you need to eat your exercise calories back. Your caloric limit is set by factoring in that you will be eating them back

Very interesting!

Could just be bloating

Due Jan 25th here :)

Eat low fat foods

I don't! Hah. I drink when I'm thirsty. There is really no backing to the 8-glasses-of-water thing, and is not necessary

You can also use the mfp app on your phone

I feel you. Have fast food then, but make it a once a week "cheat" meal. Or, have it whenever you want and log it, planning the rest of your day accordingly

Maybe you're introducing too many salads and veggies when you start counting calories? That might be what's bugging baby's tummy

Please explain. Is there something about this Lustig character people aren't liking? I'm unfamiliar

Interesting. Didn't know that was refuted, will check it out. I also read similar articles that are more recent, regarding the gain-back of weight by past winners of Biggest Loser. Our body works so hard to keep us at the highest weight we've been, they think. Very interesting stuff. Article:…

Diet pop can do the trick for me!

I have been doing daily 4 minute HIIT workouts, found free on Lucy Wyndham-Read's YouTube channel. So quick and doable, and surpringly, effective.

stick some oats in the food processor to make oat flour if you don't want to go buy it. I don't have a food processor so I do small amounts in my coffee grinder!

I started this challenge yesterday :)

Yup, pretty much

I would say a big pro of eating "paleo" is it cuts out inflammatory foods (grains, refined sugar) which is beneficial because inflammation in our bodies is the cause of autoimmune diseases, cancer, alzheimer's, parkinsons', etc etc over time. Legumes are avoided because of phytic acid, I believe? and dairy because lactose…

I found this article by Dr. Sears on circumcision, if anyone's interested: http://www.askdrsears.com/topics/pregnancy-childbirth/whether-or-not-circumcise We are choosing not to circumcise our son.

I count any liquids towards my 8 cups a day. Pop, milk, juice, herbal tea....they're all fluids and all count! The point is to be hydrating your body, that doesn't require only straight plain water.

I love me some instagram. My username is evathan

I'm due with first baby on September 24 :) 11 weeks yesterday. Haven't had an ultrasound yet, and won't until I'm about 16 weeks or later apparently! It almost doesn't feel real still, even with the pregnancy symptoms, I don't think it will feel real until the ultrasound. I was wondering if anyone else is on prescription…

I started the shred a while ago, did about 5 days worth but then stopped and haven't done it for a week or so! Need to start all over fresh. NoooOOOOOoooo!

There's a brand of bread called Glutino that is the best I've found so far. Usually with gluten-free bread you wouldn't dare not eating it toasted, but this is the first brand that I've found it bearable to eat untoasted. I believe it's 90 cals per slice

I notice that about fruit, too. Yesterday I was well below my sugar intake, but then when I had an apple, and later a banana, I was waay over limit.

I have social anxiety disorder, so I know how difficult anxiety can be, although I've never experienced a panic attack to the degree of which you described. With me, pretty much all that works is avoiding stressful situations altogether, OR, being medicated. Your doctor should be able to prescribe an anti-anxiety med that…
