I am wondering what to set my diary activity level - active/lightly active? I live in NYC and walk almost mile to and from work, plus walk my dog about 20 mins 2-3 times a day. However, I do work a desk job and a couple days a week I have out of office meetings. I would say that would make my activity level active, right?…
I have never posted and have just started recording my weight b/c I broke my toe. Regardless of what I eat, I record it. It is helping but not being able to exercise really has me down as I feel gross and pudgy.
