Diary setting help

I am wondering what to set my diary activity level - active/lightly active?
I live in NYC and walk almost mile to and from work, plus walk my dog about 20 mins 2-3 times a day. However, I do work a desk job and a couple days a week I have out of office meetings. I would say that would make my activity level active, right? I know any exercise I do I would record it, but if I don't I would like to know how many calories I should be eating.

    I do similar activities. But they vary. I put myself in as sedentary and log my work walk and other e revise and eat it back. It seems to work better for me.
