Am I eating enough?
I've restricted my calorie intake to 1270 and have been going to kickboxing 5-7x a week. 2 30 min sessions, 3 1 hour sessions, and 2 75 min sessions. I burn between 600-900 cals (I wear a polar heart rate monitor). I log my food daily and use a food scale. Should I be eating all the cals that I have burned or just enough…
