Am I eating enough?

I've restricted my calorie intake to 1270 and have been going to kickboxing 5-7x a week. 2 30 min sessions, 3 1 hour sessions, and 2 75 min sessions. I burn between 600-900 cals (I wear a polar heart rate monitor). I log my food daily and use a food scale. Should I be eating all the cals that I have burned or just enough to reach 1270? I have realized that I haven't been netting to 1270cals, which may be the reason why I'm losing the weight very slowly.

How are you calculating your intake?
Are you using a food scale to ensure highest possible accuracy?
I usually eat only 50% of calories burnt as even with a heart rate monitor, it's often wildly incorrect.0 -
I'm using a food scale.
So for example yesterday MFP is showing 1270(goal) - 1372 food + 648 (exercise) = 546 remaining.
I guess Im not even eating the 50% burned cals...
Should I be eating the remaining 546 or is it ok to not eat that remainder?0 -

I've had a quick look at your diary and it seems like you are using a lot of cup, slice, serving and spoon measurements.
With the amount you are eating, you should be slowly losing weight - you don't stop losing weight for being too low. My guess would be the cup, slice, serving etc. measurements are under-estimating and pushing your calorie intake higher than your diary says it is.1 -
OP as @katetu stated you are using measuring cups etc to log your food intake. Use your food scale to weight ALL solids. Log all condiments like mayp, oils, dressings, pads of butter, etc..Also double check your entries to sure all your entries you log are accurate. You can very well be eating more than you think therefore cutting into your calorie deficit.
As far as the exercise, you should be eating these back. As with any device you use for calculating exercise (including HRM's) can be over inflated and perhaps you want to chose to eat back a % of these.. trend your weight over time and this will help you determine if you need to increase the exercise cals or decrease.0 -
Thanks everyone. I'll just be using my food scale whenever I can from now on2

So now that I've been using my food scale... I've actually been eating a few calories less than what MFP says. -__-0
