I have a Polar FT60 and lately it's been "losing" my heart rate during my workouts. I have 100 pounds to loose and EVERY calorie burned counts! Is anyone having this problem with their HRM, Polar or not?
I made the first step: I purchased it! Now...I'm 36, 5'6 and 265-270 with a max athletic level of walking 30-50 minutes on the treadmill at the rate of 2.8MPH, 1.5 incline. Am I really ready for this? Has anyone of my size and fitness level done it with success? Pics please!
