What are you doing this week to make your July 1 weigh in all that an a bag of (baked) chips?

    2. I WILL drink 8 glasses of water a day
    3. I will up my walking to 45 minutes

    I am finally going back to the gym! Only 2 days I wanna make it a strong finish!!!

    Things I'm doing:
    Jumped up my daily workout from 30 min to 60 min.
    Started swimming laps.
    Decreasing meat intake.
