My daughter has had issues focusing so I've been giving her extra doses of omega-3 as well and we as a family have switched to a gluten free diet. Has anyone else new to gluten free felt SUPER HUNGRY after making the switch?

Am I taking enough calories?!?!
Some of my co workers have been telling me that I do not eat enough calories and that it could be hindering my weight loss... I have lost 23lbs in 30 days and am pretty please with my success thus far (especially since I just started even working out) What do you guys think? Should I increase my calories!?!? I do not go…
