Quaker Instant Oatmeal WEIGHT CONTROL is my new best friend.
Seriously.. Quaker Instant Oatmeals WEIGHT CONTROL Maple & Brown sugar is my new best friend. Only 1g of sugar and, 290g of sodium, 7g of protein & 6g of fiber in one packet. For the love of CARBS.
Who here is on 45-50% carbs? I'm on a 1,200 calorie intake per day and before I was given 150g of carbs per day but switched it to 45% which is 135g carbs per day..
