I know it's okay for cheat meals every now & then...... well, I slacked on going to the gym this week due to bad stomach cramps & just being so tired. I have been eating healthy though, my diary is open to view for anyone!
So.. Tomorrow one of my close friends wants to have lunch at one of our favorite Laos/Thai spots. We only go there for well.. Our favorite soup. It's kind of like "pho" soup but it's mainly chicken broth, shrimp, rice noodles, chili spicy sauce. Basically a CHEAT MEAL! not sure on the sodium since the menu doesn't say but...
I have been craving it! I just feel guilty, I hear "pho" soups are super high in sodium too! Anyone have a cheat meal like this? Maybe I can just go to the gym & jog it off at night? LOL ugh..

Cheat meals are good for the soul i think :]
No need to punish yourself for eating something you love. Life is too short for that.
Enjoy your Pho :] its delicious!0 -
enjoy yourself and get back on track after0

Pho is high in sodium, but otherwise it's perfectly fine. I eat it all the time. If you search for it on here, it's about 300 cals. There is enough noodles in there that it's not too much to blow your calorie amount, you get a protein and some veggies with the bean sprouts. Don't feel guilty.
I am a noodle face though.0 -
Relax. One 600-calorie meal (mfp database says that one bowl of Pho Beef Soup is 600 calories) isn't going to kill you or derail your diet plan.
Just arrange your other meals so you can meet your daily caloric goal.0
